We are a multi-disciplined team drawing experience from diverse backgrounds in design, construction, marketing, sales and property development. We live and work in our host communities and are committed to fulfilling our mandate; creating beautiful, functional people places.
Current Projects
Nearing completion, The Station is a new six unit stratafied town home development.
The second Toy Hotel property is now under construction. The Eagles Roost is a combination of office space with Toy Hotels.
In Salmon Arm, Sicamous Developments has started construction of Ravens' Croft, a luxury townhome development.
